how to get compress/uncompress utility?

Hi all -

I'm trying to install the Oracle Secure Backup utility on my RHEL AS 4 server, but I need the "uncompress" utility installed in order to unpack the install files.

So, the question is, how do I go about finding the appropriate uncompress utility to download/install, or how to find it in the Add/Remove Programs section (sorry, I'm using KDE GUI . . .. hangs head in shame . . . )

I suppose I have to use the rpm -i thing, but what do I rpm? where can I get uncompress utility from?
