New to Java

Here im got struck with the above question as it is needed in my project.

I can tell u my question elaborately.

Q1. I need to obtain the visitor or client Ip address exactly.Based on it, i have done how to find the visitor country name.
But the biggest problem is how to get exact client or visitor ISP IP address using servlets without proxy server address.

Q2. One more doubt friends, Is it true that client IP address,what we get should be same as the ISP given IP address or even local address.

Help me...
