How to get Associate Migration Repository when using the tool

Hello:

I have trouble to get Associate Migration Repository as Demo showed.

I started Oracle SQL Developer, clicking connection, then set up database connection. The database was shown up. How to get Associate Migration Repository showed up as demo did? I right click, but nothing showed up.

Your help is highly appreciated.
