How to get an ATR with GET DATA?

Hello,
I am using JCOP card, I just wanted to improve my knowledges about the card. I read ISO 7816-4, and now would like to simply get an ATR by using GET DATA command. But all my tries failed with responds like: CLA value not supported , etc.
So I just need a simple sequence of bytes to send to my JCOP card through the JCOP shell, to get EF.ATR of it (in byte string or bet-tlv objects representation).

I would be really grateful for your help.
