How to get Access Database and insert data in oracle

Dear

I want to create utility for time management system, actually Time machine is generating data in access file after every 1 hours ,so i need to get data from access file & insert into oracle database.Basicall my client want to macke automate rather then user manually process by text file.

How can i make this utilit, please guide me....
