We have an app that needs to integrate with Fusion HCM to get employee data. I have already done some development with the REST API, but have not been able to test it out with actual requests because we are not a customer of Oracle Fusion HCM.
Is there a way for a third party app developer like our selves, to get a test instance for Fusion HCM?
