how to get a sql plan from ash history to sql plan

I know there exists a better plan for sql_id by querying dba_hist_active_sess_history.

but this is bit old from awr for which retention is 7 days.

How to get the plan fixed using sql_Plan_baselines??

is that possible - I know sql_id,hash_value, will that be of any use.
