How to get a difference between Departure_time and Arrival_Time?

Hi,

I have a table called Flight

The Values are :

Arr_Date1 Arr_Time1 Dep_Date2 Dep_Time2

01/03/2009 11:23 02/03/2009 13:48

01/03/2009 20:45 03/03/2009 03:57

How can i get a Ground Time ?

Ground Time = Dep_Time2 - Arr_Time2

Please help.
