how to generate site2pstoretoken for SSO login?

Hello,

We are trying programmatically login user to SSO without having him to enter username and password on login page. We have username,password and subscriber information but SSO api requires value of "site2pstoretoken" parameter which in case where user enters his username and password already part of URL (login.jsp). Does anyone know how SSO login page generates this value? Which API it uses?
