How to generate rest api for report

Hello everyone,
I have problem with Oracle fusion, i need to generate rest api json file i try many method like
insert "xmlpserver/services/rest/v1/reports" before report path but not working. Any one can help me.
https://localhost/xmlpserver/services/rest/v1/reports/~erp+support/Report1/eco_Transaction.xdo
