How to generate qrcode in BI report which is installed in standalone machine

Hi,
i am using apex 18 with 11g database and BI report in a local machine. i want to generate qrcode in BI report and tried with <?qrcode:QRCODE:100?> and the output showing for this qrcode is blank. Kindly support for showing the qrcode in report.
