How to generate IDX file?

How to generate IDX file? I have tried the following option

java -mx64m oracle.help.tools.index.Indexer -l=en_US -e=8859_1 D:\OHW_HOME\ohw\j2ee\home\applications\auto\ohw\ohw-demo\helpsets\ladpss\ladpss.oht myIndex.idx

But its not working. Getting error message as "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/help/tools/ind
ex/Indexer"

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.
