how to generate ddl to grant unlimited quota

hi all,

db:oracle 9.2.0.4
os:solaris 8

i have 12 tablespaces and 18 application users.
i would like to grant unlimited quota for all users on all tablespaces, for that how to genarate ddl script.

ex:alter user dataagent quota unlimited on DSOM;

can any one help us.
