How to generate ANSI SQL syntax mapping

I am not able to force OWB to generate ANSI SQL syntax mapping.
In mapping configuration I have checked "ANSI SQL syntax" On, "Operating mode" is "Set based fail over to row based", "Optimize code" is On.
"PLSQL generation mode" is set to 10gR2.

OWB 10.2.0.4.36, OraDB 10.2.0.4.0
