How to generate alphanumeric sequence in oracle

Hi Experts,

I have to create a primary key like below,

Its should start from a001,a002...a100 after reaching a100 the next sequence value should start with b001...b100, like wise the sequence should traverse up to alphabet z001...z100.

Please let me know for any queries.
