How to generate alphanumeric no (length will be 6) from 6 digit input value by using pl/sql function

Dear All,
Could you please help to write custom pl/sql function logic to generate unique alphanumeric no (length will be 6) from 6 digit input value..
E,g
input no | output value
-----------------------------------------------------------
000000 BA0000
000001 BA0001
009999 BA9999
like this once value will be
010000 BB0000
019999 BB9999
again once input value reach to
020000 BC0000
