How to Format Numbers as Percentage ?

Is it possible to format numbers in Items to display them as percentage (%) ?

I need to display 0.12895 as 12.8950, doesn't matter if the % sign is displayed or not.

In reports it's easy, just multiply by 100, but in Items which source is a database column, how can you do that?
