How to format number in ADF table

Hi,

In ADF Table i have a column which displayes a Double data type value as 123566.00

I want to format this value while desplaying as 1,23,566 .

Please let me know how to format a double data type number .

Using JDev version :- 11.1.1.5.0

JSTL1.2 , JSF 1.2
