How to force Zimbra installation

Hello all,

Just completed a beehive 1.4.1 installation and it turns out that the whole of Zimbra has been skipped.
beectl status returns 6 lines only.

I heard that the Installer is able to decide that the provided server is not good enough and decides to not install Zimbra.
Question: is there a runInstaller option to force Zimbra installation? I don"t want to try to install Zimbra in a separate Oracle home on the beehive server with its known Apache problems.
