How to force to complete Running SOA Composite instances?

AlenaDec 15 2014 — edited Jan 16 2015

Hello SOA Guru,

We need some help on SOA server behaviors. Recently in Production, there are a few SOA composite instances stuck in "Running" state for 5 days. It occured on 12/10/2014, and still on Runnin state. There is no faults, no errors reported in SOA EM console. I open the flow trace of the Running instance, only the first activity is invoked, which reads a xml message from a JMS queue. And readJMSMessage activity is complete. And then stopped there.

I don't know the cause, but it could be someone bouned the SOA server wthout notification during the time. (I'm not administrator. I am in devleoment team) Now my concern is how can we flush these instaces out of server, and or if possible to recover it. The recovery option is not availably for these two Running instances.

This is production enrollmen real data. Please help!

Thank you,

Alen
