How to force SOA 11g BPEL engine to use TLSv1.1 and above for SSL

Hi everyone,

We were wondering if SOA BPEL engine can be forced to use TLSv1.1 and above protocols only for one way SSL communications?

We tried using weblogic minimum protocol property at managed server level but it does not take into effect for BPEL, while same property works fine for OSB where all communications go TLSv1.1 and above.

Any insight will be helpful, we are on 11.1.1.7.8 + JDK7 1.7.0_91
