How to force a concurrent request to fail purposely

CaolanConSep 12 2017 — edited Sep 12 2017

Hi there,

I am currently working on testing a concurrent request workflow notification within oracle EBS. We are trying to test a success and failure e-mail notification. We are able to successfully receive the success e-mail but we are struggling to forcedly get the request to fail so we can see if the failure e-mail is correctly sent to the usegroup we have set up and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to do this? I have tried submitting the request and quickly terminating it but this has not worked as the request finishes in under 8 seconds so by the time it is submitted and I open my request window it is already complete.

Thanks,

C
