How to force a cleanup under cleanupage and cleanupsize config

Hello,
i'm using messaging server

Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 7.0-3.01 64bit (built Dec 9 2008)
libimta.so 7.0-3.01 64bit (built 09:57:35, Dec 9 2008)
Using /opt/sun/comms/messaging64/config/imta.cnf
SunOS sunu0 5.10 Generic_141414-09 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise

and i have a user with a lot of big size messages (290Mb/msg) dispatched in some mailboxes (~8) all these messages are expunged.
But now i want to force a cleanup but i don't want to change settings in store.cleanupage and store.cleanupsize.

How can i do this?
