How to flush data from Data buffer cache and shared pool

Hi,

I am doing performance testing of SQL query before creating indexes and after creating indexes. I need to flush the existing loaded data from SGA.

Can any body send links on this how to flush data from Buffer Cache.

Note this is testing server only, we are not working on production server.
