How to flush all memory that I used after I finish my work?

Hi All,

Usually, I don't close my sessions when I work on DB. Several days my sessions might be open. Interestingly, when I look SESSION BROWSER from TOAD. Although I do not do anything. However, my session is the top session that allocate all memory or I/O etc. So, what should I do after I finish my work in order to free the DB?
