How to fix wdsl failure due to SBL-EAI-04117 error?

Please advise kindly:

When Siebel calls the service of "ProcessServiceSiebelReqABCSImp", it gets the error of SBL-BPR-00162, caused by the HTTP request error (SBL-EAI-04117):

"Error invoking service 'ProcessServiceSiebelReqABCSImpl', method 'process' at step 'SendToAIA'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

HTTP Request error during 'Submitting Data SendHTTP request': 'Status code - 404'(SBL-EAI-04117)"

But when validating the same WSDL in the same remote server by Jdeveloper, it seems to be correct:

"Validating WSDL...

Validating http://server.domain.net:7777/orabpel/default/ProcessServiceSiebelReqABCSImpl/ProcessServiceSiebelReqABCSImpl?wsdl

Validate WSDL: 0 errors."

Could you please advise how to disclose the cause, rebuild the service and fix that problem?
