how to fix text area is not moveable

Hi,
I have text filed and i have drag and drop in the form and that text field should be text area.So i have increased the width and height in VO Level but its OK.
but After Exceuting that form text Area is Moveable So any property in Text Area i dont want to text area is moveable .So plz help me.
