how to fix mds connection issues

Hi

we have installed soa 11.1.1.6 and weblogic 10.3.6, and we come across a problem with mds connection -- in admin console under data source node, I can open the data source via clicking on the link mds-soa, and we can't access the em.

so does it mean we need to deintsall the soa and reinstall it again, or is there anything we can do to fix all the metadata service schema connections through re creating domain?
