Hi Guys
I have manually added the target on the OEM but during the installation I had errors during to agent secure stage--due to the agent registration password.
I created a new agent registration password and fix the error. When I checked the status of the agent i had these errors:OMS is unreachable [bad response].
I tried to ping the OMS and I had the following :
$/AGENT_INST/bin/emctl pingOMS

EMD pingOMS error: OMS sent an invalid response: "ERROR- Failed to update Target type Metadata"
I used DOC ID 1586918.1 to resolve the issue.
Now, the agent is up and running but when I check the agent status on the OEM it shows pending.
When I check further I realised the the agent have an error:
Error getting data from the repository for target mytarget:3872. Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_AVAIL", line 1760 ORA-06512: at line 1
I followed these:
Once done, the host and agent status would be shown as up.
5. Do a resync of agent as per below steps
1. Login to 12C console
2. Navigate to Setup --> Manage Cloud Control --> Agents (for 12.1.0.2 OEM)
Navigate to Setup --> Agents (for 12.1.0.1 OEM)
3. Click on the problematic agent
4. Click on drop down menu "Agent" and Choose "Resynchronization" in the menu list.
5. Choose the option to "Unblock agent on successful completion of agent resynchronization." and Click on Continue
6. The resynchronization operation is submitted as a job
7. Check the job's status of the resynchronization operation by clicking on the job name's link.
But I get these message:
System has detected that this agent never uploaded to the repository successfully. Repository does not have enough information to restore this agent.
How can I resolve this pending status?
