How to find the sizes of all the schema objects

Hi Guru's,

I have a 10.2.0.4 database on Windows platform.

How can i calculate the sizes of the objects ( i.e.table,index,Mviews etc.) of a particular schema ?

Is there any dynamic script available for the same ?
