how to find the difference between two versions of same fmb file

Hi

I have two versions of same fmb file. A size of one file is bigger than the other one. Both of them work the same when compiled to fmx. Also, the fmx file sizes are the same. I could not find the difference in fmb type. Is there a way to check or compare between two files on fmb?
