How to find Tablespace history in Oracle Database?

HI,

I need to find what data has been inserted on the weekly basis in the particular tablespace.

Because we need to find what tables are updating very frequently, and also we dont have much space in the server.

If we can find it, it would be helpful for us to communicate with the developers.
