How to find problem creator part of code in package?

Hi Gurus

This question is just for my learning purpose, my question is that if I create a package that have 10,000 lines, includes several procedures and functions , but when I execute it then my package stuck/ freeze on some specific part of code then how come I identify  that specific part of code. Thanks in advance
