How to find PID listening particular Port on Linux

Hi,
I am trying to run Weblogic server on , i am getting message like “unable to bind port <port_number>”.
I want to know the associated process which is using this port. Can some one plz ping me the command.

NOTE : Weblogic Installed OS is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3
