How to find out what is wait in Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 from my EMCC 12c ?

Hello,experts

From my monitor software about EMCC 12c(12.1.0.5.0),i found that there has some graphic wait in my Oracle 11.2.0.3.0,

Please see my snapshot as follows,

Now,how to know what is these waits for me ?

At the same time,i check the graphics of Top Sessions and Top SQL too,please see my diagram as follows,
