Hello,
I actually have a situation where the workflow has faulted. I have checked in the table apex_workflow_audit and could see that the actvity was faulted. I have retried it without changing anything and it worked ok.
I would like to however find out what was the cause of this fault? Where can I find this information please?
Apex version: 23.2
