How to find all forms or reports that use a specific table column?

Hello Everyone,

I modify a column attribute of a table by changing the label and data, from ssn to emp_id. Now, I need to find out all the forms and reports that query, update and delete, etc this table column. Could you help me on this or point me to resources that will accomplish my goal?

BTW, we only have about 400-500 forms and reports in our database.
