How to find a sql who take most of the pga?

I'm looking a way to find a sql (who is not optimise) who is executed in day time and create some ora-04030.

I would like to find what sql who create this problem, because my service Oracle in stop .

What view in the catalog can give me the consumption for a sql and what sql consumes most of my pga?
