How to filter the records which contains Spanish Character?

I had an requirement to fileter the records based on the Spanish character.
Kindly guide me for below.
To filter the Records which contains spanish characters?
E.g. I had an value in the name column as "SureshÑ".
My query should return the above record which contains Spanish character of 'Ñ'.
Kindly do the needful help / Guidance on this.
