How to fill multiple value and populate them in single field in oracle APEX ?

Hi Community,
I have EBS form where, there is one field that populated based on five values through the LOV concept in text field, so i same develop same concept in APEX.
For taking the reference I attached the screenshot of EBS LOV.
Can any one help me out

Please Note I want to design this kind of LOV pop up (BTVL Accounting Flexfields)
