How to extract subset of large prod db, keeping the intigrity intact

Hi All,

Hope you all are doing well.
We are stuck with a situation.
Environment: OS is Linux and Oracle version is Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0 - 64bi
Schema size on production is approx. 25GB

We need a small (around 2-3GB) subset for our developers & testers from large production schema (25GB).
Looking for a solution that could pull out a valid subset of records from the database based on certain filtering criteria. By the term valid, I mean that it should maintain the Primary-foreign key relationship among the tables.

If criteria is set for a table, then its dependant tables (identified through primary-foreign key relationship) will also be (exported) based on its relationship automatically. Want to pass the criteria, something like... where id between 1 to 5000

Can someone please give some direction to get this achieved.

Thanks in advance.
