How to extract DDL for all Tablespaces

Hi,

I'm in the process of creating a Dev instance from the production. I would like to generate ddl for creating all the tablespaces, then modify it since the storage structure is not the same.

I was thinking about dbms_metadata.get_ddl but it seems it can generate ddl for only one tablespace at a time. expdp could've been another option but I want to create the tablespaces empty; no data imported.

Anyone with a better idea? Database version is 11.1.0.7.0
