Database Software

Hello,
we are planning to export our database including data but i am interested in structure of a table but not data.

for example
need entire data for the database but not EMP, DEPT table (Exclude Emp, Dept table data and looking for structure of the emp and dept table)

Is there a way that i can get entire database and structure of few tables except data.

would appreciate your quick response.
