how to export database 11G to 10G manually or TOAD

hello all,

i want to question this forum, how to export database 11G to 10G manually or TOAD. I try export database but, when i export database show error :
"IMP-00010: not valid export file, header failed verification"
"IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully"
