How to export Data Dictionary Views using exp command?

Hi,

I would like to export oracle data dictionary views using the exp command. How to do it? I am getting the below error

EXP-00011: SYS.DBA_TABLES does not exist

EXP-00011: SYS.DBA_OBJECTS does not exist

Please suggest.
