How to export BLOB(image) data to xml format

Hi All,
I need to export BLOB(image) to xml format. BLOB is stored in a table iam using oracle11g r2 and SQL Developer Version 2.1.1.64. By using Stored procedure i want to export .
Note:Not Clob I need to convert BLOB.
