How to examine Oracle background process (SMON, PMON, DBW0, ...) on WIN OS

Dear All :
In Linux/Unix OS , we can check Oracle background process with command

ps -ef | grep ora

,but how to check on Windows OS ? Can anyone show me how to do that...
