How to estimate restore and recover time from oracle backups?

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a efficient method to estimate the time required to restore and recover from media failure(lets assume i want to restore all the datafiles). Any help is much appreaciated. Following are the details . Database oracle 10 g , size is 60 GB , weekly full rman backup, Total redo generated per day 1.6GB. Machine is Hp ux Itanium 64 bit. Backup and archive logs are available on disk.
