How to enter new Value in LOV field which is not in the LOV Popup?

Hi All

I am creating a master form. So, that I need to show LOV for the Primary key attribute (product code) , but it is only for reference to the user. User need to enter a new value which is not there in LOV.

Please suggest any method to achieve this requirement..
