How to enable multicasting ..?

Hi,

We have a problem in bringing up CRS in node -2 (2node -RAC) We opened a SR with Oracle Support and after several analysis Oracle support asked us to check the multicasting, When we verified we found that the multicasting is failed in both nodes as below, Can any one know how to enable multicasting for partucular IP range ...?
